Other Requirments :
a)Qualifications: Degree within Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication                     Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
b)Industry experience: Telecom
c)Years of experience: 0-2 years
d)Certifications: Any Certification related to Telecom shall be an added advantage
e)Technical and/or functional skills
Good knowledge of service networks / GSM Network /  WCDMA network / service applications characteristics and capabilities; Service Performance indicators and their interpretation. Basic Knowledge of services and service applications implementation / integration processes along with Access, Core, Transport & Service Networks
f)Language skills: Proficiency in written / Spoken English & Hindi
g)Values and behaviors: Ericsson Core Values / Honesty / Integrity / shall be exhibited

Key Responsibilities:
1)Service Alarm Monitoring.
2)Alarm Management for the assigned Network Services.
3)Ticket Management.
4)Fault remedy requiring on site presence is dispatched timely (as per the SLA / KPI) to the field operations organizations.
5)Work Order Handling.
6)Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process.
7)Work towards KPI & Balanced Scorecard parameters.
8)Work towards the IPM parameters assigned by the Shift Manager.
9)To ensure Security is implemented and maintained in accordance with Security and Risk Management directives of the organization.
10)Adherence to the organizational guidelines & departmental processes & procedures.
