Job Profile :
  • Provide Technical solutions to the external customers.
  • Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
  • Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
  • Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP, configuration options and Troubleshooting.
  • Browser Support - Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts.
  • User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client Outlook, Notes etc.
  • Skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop Operating systems.
Experience Required : Freshers of 2010/2011 Batches only (2012 Batch not eligible).

Location : Mohali.

Salary : 3 LPA.

Date of Event : 23/03/2012.

Job Role : IT Help desk - Technical Support Associate.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech (All Branches) & MCA.

Required Skills:
  1. Candidates must have good communication skills.
  2. Candidates must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts.
  3. Candidates must be willing to work in Shifts.
  4. Candidate should have completed 16 or more Years of Formal Education.
  5. Candidates shouldnt have any backlog at the time of IBM process.
  6. No restriction on percentage.

  2. Technical Interview.
