Heavy Electrical Plant , Bhopal is the mother plant of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, the largest engineering and manufacturing enterprise in India in the energy-related and infrastructure sector, today. It is located at about 7 kms. from Bhopal Railway station, about 5 kms. from Habibganj Railway station and about 18 kms. From Raja Bhoj Airport. With technical assistance from Associated Electricals (India) Ltd., a UK based company, it came into existence on 29th of August, 1956. Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, first Prime minister of India dedicated this plant to the nation on 6th of November, 1960.BHEL, Bhopal certified to ISO: 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, is moving towards excellence by adopting TQM as per EFQM / CII model of Business Excellence. Fee For Application : Before the submission of online application form, a processing fees of Rs 250/- is to be deposited by the candidate. This fee is to be paid by depositing an amount of Rs 250/- in the BHEL Bhopal – Power Jyoti Account No. 30855948540 in favour of M/s BHEL, Bhopal at any State Bank of India branch through a challan available at our website only. After depositing the fees the candidate should ensure that bank has allotted a Journal number (Host Trace no.) on the copy of the challan. This number is to be necessarily entered by the candidate while filling the online application form. Candidates are required to keep a copy of this challan with them and also send a copy of this Challan to BHEL along with the Acknowledgement slip at the time of applying. This Non refundable Processing fees (Rs.250/-) is payable by Gen and OBC candidates. In case of SC, ST and Physically challenged candidates no application fee is payable by them.
Recruiting Process : The selection Process will be based on Individual Interviews of the Qualified applicants. Applicants called for individual interview will be paid to and fro II AC fare from the starting station or mailing address to Bhopal, whichever is nearer, on production of proof of journey.
