Job Description:
1. Associate / Sr. Associate – Inside sales

• a. Associate Experience – 0.6 – 1.5 years
• b. Sr. Associate Experience with 2 to 4 years
• c. Excellent communication skills – as that’s US market (Highly Preferred)
• d. Have done Cold Calling, Lead Generation (Highly Preferred)
• e. Outbound Telemarketing Experience – Telecom, Mortgage, Travel, Claims Processing, Insurance in the US Market (B2B preferred)
• f. Account Research – Finding RPC (Right Party Contact), Email (Less preference)
• g. Database Management – on CRM – Salesforce, Sugar, Zoho, or SAP – CRM (Less preference)
• h. Worked on Databases – Hoovers, Lead411, factiva.com, D&B, Lexis Nexis, Linkedin (Less preference)
