Amazon’s Retail Customer eXperience (RCX) group, is looking for Quality Assurance Engineers to join a new team centered around creating best in class online customer experience for Apparel & Shoes product category on Amazon and Endless.com. As a Software Development Engineer, you will drive and lead the design, and development of multi-tiered highly scalable applications and systems using Java, SQL, Perl, C++ and Object Oriented Design technologies in a large-scale, complex distributed environment. You will work closely with other software engineers, QA and Support groups as well as Retail Business and Operations groups to develop top quality products that solve actual business and technology problems.

Job Description:
Looking for Software Development Engineers to join a new team centered around creating best in class online customer experience for Apparel & Shoes product category on Amazon and Endless.com. As a Software Development Engineer, you will drive and lead the design, and development of multi-tiered highly scalable applications and systems using Java, SQL, Perl, C++ and Object Oriented Design technologies in a large-scale, complex distributed environment. You will work closely with other software engineers, QA and Support groups as well as Retail Business and Operations groups to develop top quality products that solve actual business and technology problems.


Our program team is comprised of developers, designers and product managers tasked with a singular goal to create THE world class shopping experience. You will be a key member of this team, dedicated to our ongoing effort to launch best of breed features worldwide and re-factoring the web UI framework to make the website FAST (client performance), Coherent, Clean and Beautiful, making it a delight to find and buy anything. We use the Scrum agile development methodology and prefer candidates who can thrive in a fast paced, high energy and fun work environment where we deliver value incrementally and frequently.

BE/ B.Tech (CSE/ IT) from 2008/ 09/ 10/ 11 batches with aggregate of 70% above throughout in 10th, 12th and UG.

Requirments : 

• Candidates must have practical expert-level experience writing highly interactive applications for the web.
• Must be familiar with building complex web applications using Javascript / AJAX, XHTML, CSS.
• candidates must have experience with or knowledge of jQuery, Java, Struts, and other website technologies.
• Candidates are frequently regarded as having guru-level knowledge on one or more of the above areas. 

Elements of candidates background preferred are as follows:

1.   6months - 3years in software development.
2.   Proven track record in delivering features in agile environment.
3.   Strong technical development skills.
4.   Strong user empathy and customer focus and trong drive for results and launching best of breed    features.

NB : Only Candidates from Premier institutes preferred. (Minimum of 6months work experience is compulsory)
